On 28 January and 25 February, SGM Selangor participated in programmes aimed at promoting community health and safety organised by the Taman Klang Jaya Residents Association. The programmes were held at the Taman Klang Jaya field in Selangor where the Ikeda Peace Park is located.
On 28 January, some 100 people consisting of SGM members and local residents worked on clearing the potential Aedes breeding sites. The programme was held in collaboration with the Klang District Health Office.
On 25 February, a crime prevention talk was conducted in collaboration with the South Klang district police headquarters.
