In February 2023, SGM members around the nation held general meetings at their respective areas, concluding another year of great struggle in propagating kosen-rufu and fostering capable people while opening the Year of Youth and Triumph in high spirits.

With “We Arise! Be the Light of Hope!” as the slogan, all members are encouraged to become “Introducers of Happiness” and carry out shakubuku.

The meetings also introduced the four key activities in 2023, including general director’s study lecture series, Youth Expansion Launching Out cum Run for Peace in July, the grand opening of Soka International School Malaysia (SISM) in August and the National Youth Triumph Peace Assembly in December.
