(Klang Valley, April 14) Soka Gakkai Malaysia (SGM) will organise 2 blood donation drives in Kuala Lumpur and Klang respectively this month to help alleviate the urgent need of the blood banks at the National Blood Centre and Hospital Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Klang (HTAR).

Those who are interested in donating blood can register online in advance or walk in.

Details of the blood donation drives are as follows:

Kuala Lumpur
Date : April 16 (Saturday) & 17 (Sunday)
Time : 9am – 4pm

Each donor’s involvement and support is a life–saving act. Through these blood donation drives, the organisers hope to raise public awareness on the importance of blood donation and urge members of the public, aged between 18 and 59, who are healthy, to come forward to donate blood, making blood donation a culture of healthy living.
