SGM members in several states have been actively involved in Aedes mosquito/dengue fever prevention activities, playing their part in tackling the rising dengue scourge. On October 26, SGM Kuala Lumpur members living in the Pandan Jaya area joined hands with local residents to clean up areas surrounding two roads.
The participants of the clean-up cleared drains, swept up rubbish and did other works necessary to heighten the cleanliness in the area. In addition to cleaning up the area, new friendships were also formed as the participants also encouraged each other and had friendly dialogues.
