On 28 April 2023, a blood donation campaign organised by SGM Kelantan was carried out at the SGM Kelantan Culture Centre.

This campaign is the second collaboration with the Kota Bharu Hospital Raja Perempuan Zainab II, and a total of 11 packs of blood were collected.
