The Ministry of National Unity organised the National Unity Week Celebration (Sambutan Minggu Perpaduan Negara), throughout the nation from 20 to 28 May 2023. In Putrajaya, the Putrajaya Department of National Unity and Integration in collaboration with the Putrajaya Corporation organised a series of activities.

On 27 May, SGM Kuala Lumpur joined the National Unity Week themed “Unity in Diversity” held in Putrajaya. SGM members enjoyed their meals on picnic blankets, participated in colouring activities and experienced putting on traditional costumes. The event also featured treasure hunting, tasting various ethnic foods and participating in traditional games to encourage interaction among the participants to deepen their understanding of Malaysia’s multicultural heritage.
