On 14 December 2024, China Press featured an article on the SGM Negeri Sembilan choir group, highlighting its founding purpose, journey, challenges and the positive impact it has had on the community. The choir has a mission to inspire hope and joy through music, and has participated in Negeri Sembilan Choral Festival since 2016.
